The collective experience of our leadership team encompasses over 60 years of combined experience in communications, video distribution, computer graphics projection systems, control systems, and audio systems. At every level of corporate and project management we have hands-on experience within the systems integration industry and pride ourselves on serving our customers.

Tom Schultz is the Chief Executive Officer of Acuity Audiovisual and has served in this role since 1998. Tom has been in the audiovisual and telecommunications industry since 1985, including his service in the United States Air Force. In this role he provided high pressure, mission critical installation and support of both fixed and deployable communications systems for the Offices of the President, Vice President and Joint Chiefs of Staff.

 

Greg Baxter is Acuity’s Vice President of Engineering. Greg’s current duties include project engineering and supervision of the engineering staff. He provides a solid engineering base with a Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering and eighteen years’ experience in command and control, presentation, video conference, and distance learning situations.  Greg has designed and installed systems for the Pentagon, the Old Executive Office Building of the White House, Strategic Air Command, NASA, and many other commercial and government customers.

 

Allen Ford is the Vice President of Customer Fulfillment. Allen is charged with the logistics of moving projects from equipment delivery to final installation. Allen is a highly driven manager with a personality that rarely accepts second-best to issues that present themselves. As a certified electrician, Allen fully understands facilities issues from both a new facility and refurbished facility prospective. Allen has over twenty years of experience within the computer, communications, and audiovisual industries.

 

Steve Lutkehus, Chief Operations Officer, is responsible for the management and coordination of the big three corporate parts: Sales, Engineering and Integration. His duties include project and integration staff scheduling, fleet management, quality control, customer satisfaction and team morale.

 

 

 

Chelsea Wadel, CFO is responsible for the financial management of the company, corporate administration and HR.

 

 

 

Jamie Gorman, VP of Sales and Marketing manages the team that creates revenue through the design of innovative audiovisual solutions to meet customer audiovisual needs.
